The 10th Annual Wish Upon a Food Truck Festival is bringing an entire day of free family fun to Hershey, all while helping make life-changing wishes come true.
FREE ADMISSION • RAIN OR SHINE
I originally thought the headline here was the food trucks. And listen, with tacos, crêpes, gyros, chicken, fries, coffee, shaved ice and something called Scoops of Chaos, the food trucks are still doing some very important work.
But then I found the full family lineup.
There will be baby goats, an inflatable bounce house, kids’ games, arts and crafts, family activities, live music, local vendors, story time, free books, goodie bags and raffle prizes. Admission is completely free, and the entire day supports Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley.
THAT is the kind of family event we circle on the calendar.

Meet the Babies from O’Neil Acres
O’Neil Acres is bringing its baby Nigerian dwarf goats to the festival for families to meet and cuddle. The family farm will also have its handcrafted goat milk products available to shop, but I suspect the tiny goats may steal most of the attention. Honestly, fair.

Special Story Time with Floyd Stokes
Local children’s author and community leader Floyd Stokes, founder of the American Literacy Corporation, will join the festival for a special story time.
Thanks to Story Time Sponsor Harrisburg Wall & Flooring, the first 100 children will receive a free book to take home. Families can enjoy a story together at the festival and then keep that reading magic going long after the food trucks roll away.

The first 100 children at the festival will receive a free goodie bag packed with fun surprises, including:

Some lucky bags will also contain a Golden Ticket redeemable for an exclusive prize. Additional Golden Tickets will be hidden in select bags and throughout the event, giving families even more chances to win.

PK Entertainment will serve as the festival’s 2026 music and MC partner, bringing music, personality and plenty of crowd energy throughout the day.
Families can also catch Hidden Roots performing live and browse local vendors while the kids enjoy the activities.
The grown-ups get food and shopping. The kids get goats, games and crafts. Everyone gets music. This feels suspiciously like a family outing where every member of the household may actually have a good time.
